Youth Aspire Connect (YAC) is a dynamic youth-led non-profit organisation with a core mission to equip and empower young people with knowledge and skills to transcend the limits of society and excel in life.
Youth Aspire Connect was founded in 2017 to support young people aged 10-16 years and school leavers aged 17-25 years living in Kingston Upon Hull and East Yorkshire build a successful career.
YAC is registered with the Charity Commission (Reg no:Â 1199354).

WHAT WE DO
Digital & Employability Skills Training
Digital and Employability Skills Inclusion Training Programme for young people aged 11-25 years runs every Saturday from 1:00-4:00 pm. The digital skills training includes both basic (e.g. MS Office suite) and advanced computer skills such as coding.
Music Lessons
Music Classes for young people aged 11 years+ in partnership with My Pockets runs every Thursday from 5-7pm
Dance classes
Our Community Dance classes run every Friday from 5-7pm. Children aged 6-10 years meet at 5:00 pm & young girls aged 11 years+ meet at 6:00pm |
Career Mentorship Sessions
We run 1-2-1 or group career and mentorship sessions to offer advice, guidance, and support young people to navigate career challenges.
YAC Young Leaders Forum
The forum is designed to empower young people with essential leadership skills, prepare them to take on leadership roles, and contribute meaningfully to society.
YAC Anti-Racism in-school Campaign
The campaign team is made up of young people aged 11-18 years. They meet bi-weekly with the aim of building an inclusive society, where every child regardless of their race, can thrive and reach their full potential.
